About the Winnipeg Goldeyes Fan Club

This is the website of the official Winnipeg Goldeyes Fan Club. The Winnipeg Goldeyes are a baseball team in the independent American Assocation of Independent Baseball. They play out of Shaw Park in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

The Winnipeg Goldeyes joined the American Assocation for the 2011 season. Prior to that the Winnipeg Goldeyes were a member of the Northern League since 1994 when Winnipeg acquired the Rochester Aces team. From 1902-1942 Winnipeg was represented in a previous incarnation of the Northern League by the Winnipeg Maroons. The Goldeye name was previously used by a Winnipeg team in the Northern League from 1954-1964.
